Information the booking form sends

When you actively submit the booking form, the WhatsApp message contains the name, phone number, selected treatment, preferred date and time, address or service location, adult-age confirmation and privacy-consent confirmation entered in the form. Filling in the form alone does not transmit these details; the message is created only after you select the required consent checkbox and press the submit button.

Why the information is used

The information is used to respond to the request, coordinate an appointment, confirm the selected service and arrange the visit location. Avoid including unnecessary medical or highly sensitive information.

WhatsApp and retention

Submitting the form opens WhatsApp. The client can review the prepared message before sending it. Any message the client chooses to send is also processed under WhatsApp terms and privacy practices.
